1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Web Only)
We offer a full refund within 14 days for Pro subscriptions purchased via our website (processed by Paddle).
If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Platform-Specific Refunds
Web Purchases (Paddle): Managed by us. Please contact [email protected] with your Order ID within 14 days of purchase.
Apple App Store: Managed by Apple. Refund requests must be made via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play: Managed by Google. Refund requests must be made via the Google Play Store help center.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing period.
