1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee (Web Only)
We offer a full refund within 7 days for Pro subscriptions purchased via our website (processed by Paddle).
If you are not satisfied, contact us within this period for a hassle-free refund. Please note that extensive use of high-capacity features during this period may affect eligibility.
2. Platform-Specific Refunds
Web Purchases (Paddle): Managed by us. Please contact [email protected] with your Order ID.
Apple App Store: Managed by Apple. Requests must be made via: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play: Managed by Google. Requests must be made via the Google Play Store help center.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing period.
